1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over PKR 4000. For orders under PKR 4000, a standard shipping fee will apply.

  • International Shipping: International shipping fees will vary based on the destination. Shipping times may also vary depending on the location, but typically range from 7-14 business days.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order directly through the carrier’s website. You can track your order’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

3. Shipping Delays
While we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal strikes, or high demand during sales periods). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated on any delays.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your NectarSkin products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

1. Return Window
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including opened or used press-on nails, nail glue, and other personal care products.

3. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know, and we’ll arrange for a replacement once we receive the original product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange, and the shipping costs for returns in this case will be covered by us.
